What’s your favorite dish? Everyone has a different answer. Some people enjoy pasta or pizza, others crave a steak or lobster. It could be anything from fried chicken to grilled cheese sandwiches. For me, I love Indian food and the spices that go into it but have never tried cooking with them before. So today I am going to share how I cooked up some of my favorite dishes using all these new ingredients!
Indian spices are my favourite. I don’t know how it is for you, but when I’m cooking Indian food at home, nothing makes me happier than smelling the fragrant aromas of curry leaves and cumin seeds wafting through the kitchen. The flavours are so intense that they make my taste buds water (in a good way!), which means I can get more out of every bite. So if you’re not already an Indian spice lover like me, give these recipes a try! They’ll have your mouth watering before you even take a bite.

Open the window for the aromas to pass through your lovely home. Cooking curry on a Sunday is always my favourite thing to do.
